Each product page specifies compatibility, so you’ll know whether it fits AirPods 1/2, AirPods Pro, or other versions. Make sure to select the right model before checkout.
3. Do the cases support wireless charging?
Yes! Most of our cases are wireless charging compatible. You can keep your aesthetic while staying fully charged.
4. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. On average:
• Europe: 7–15 business days
• USA & Canada: 10–20 business days
• International: 10–25 business days
5. Where do you ship from?
Our items are shipped directly from our trusted international suppliers to reduce costs and offer you the cutest cases at the best prices.
6. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes, we accept returns for defective or damaged items within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us through the form on the Contact page with your order number and a photo.
7. Can I cancel my order after purchasing?
We process orders quickly, but if you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, we may be able to help cancel it.
8. My tracking number isn’t updating—what should I do?
Tracking can take a few days to update. If it’s been more than 7 days with no movement, contact us and we’ll investigate for you.
9. I entered the wrong address—can I change it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us immediately via the Contact page. We’ll do our best to fix it before your package goes out.
